Quick. Easy. These are so easy and so yummy. Here’s a gluten-free recipe that you can make anytime, because these 3 ingredients are probably in your kitchen. You could make them healthier by using natural/unsweetened peanut butter or other butters. You could probably use a sugar substitute, if you like. We mix them up often! Gooey inside!!!
Mix together 1 Cup peanut butter, 1Cup sugar, and 2 eggs.
No mixer needed….just use a spoon.
Place dough on greased cookie pan (whatever size you like)
After about 9 minutes in a 350 degree oven, you can enjoy these wonderful treats!
